VAUGHN BASS

Football at Central State University // Semi Pro Football with Dayton Steelers // Worked in the fitness industry 20 years //  NASM certified in PT, PES, FNS and GPTS //  He has spent time working with athletes from the ages of 13-20 in sports ranging from football, basketball, volleyball, track and field.  Vaughn believes in educating his clients as they train and teaches them proper techniques to increase skill level and also to save their body and reduce risk of injury.  When he isn't training with his athletes, you will find him competing in adventure obstacle races like Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder and Triathlons.

CPT/NS, INL Certified Natural Health Professional and Paleo Expert // certified Bone Up™ Tye4® Osteoporosis Prevention Instructor from the PhysicalMind Institute // Heather has a passion for helping people apply health and fitness to all areas of their lives.  In addition to teaching fitness classes, she also offers individual fitness and nutritional counseling. Heather loves God, her family and music.  In her spare time, she's an accomplished singer and spends time as a studio vocalist, choir coordinator and vocal coach.
